Can I hold private events?
Unfortunately due to recent PEC short term accommodation licensing by city officials, we cannot host events larger than our sleeping occupancy.
Do you have a minimum stay?
Yes, 3 nights minimum. We can sometimes make an exception during the off season.
Can I bring my dog to the cottage?
Yes, we are a dog-friendly property but please remember to pick up after your dog!
Is Cressy House child friendly?
We are kid-friendly with cribs, toys, baby gates, play room, blow up toddler beds and pack n' plays. Please let us know in your booking request if you require any of these items.
How is your wifi?
Although we do have the best internet one can buy around here, unfortunately, it is not as good as in the city and will be a little bit slower then you are used to. We also find FaceTime and Zoom video can freeze or be blurry from time to time. There can also be a slight lag in voice.
Is Cressy a smoke-free environment?
Yes, Cressy House is 100% smoke-free. If you smoke, please dispose of your butts outside in an appropriate container.
What are your booking terms?
No smoking, parties, or events.
Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out is by 11AM.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Self check-in with lockbox.
What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings are final. However, we understand that things change so if you need to cancel 7 days before the check-in date, 50% of your booking fee will be refunded.
